ANEST IWATA “Series 2 Giveaway” Official Rules

1. Eligibility
This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of ANEST IWATA Americas, its affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter
Complete the official entry form (either online or in person at a participating event such as SEMA) by providing the requested information. Only one entry per person is allowed. Duplicate or incomplete entries will be disqualified.

3. Contest Period
Entries will be accepted from November 1, 2025, through March 1, 2026. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM EST on March 1, 2026.

4. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a Series 2 spray gun of their choice (model WS-400, LS-400, W-400, or LPH-400).
Approximate retail value: $700–$1,200 USD, depending on model.
Prize cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted, except at ANEST IWATA’s discretion for an item of equal or greater value.

5. Winner Selection and Notification
Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by ANEST IWATA Americas on or around March 5, 2026. The winner will be notified by email and must respond within 7 days to claim the prize. If no response is received, another winner may be selected.

6. Publicity Release
By entering, participants agree that ANEST IWATA Americas may use their name, city/state, and submitted comments or photos for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

7. Privacy
All personal information collected will be used solely for the purposes of administering this contest and in accordance with ANEST IWATA Americas’ privacy policy. Participants may opt in to receive future marketing communications.

8. General Conditions
ANEST IWATA Americas reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest if technical failures, fraud, or other causes compromise its integrity. By participating, entrants agree to abide by these rules and the decisions of ANEST IWATA, which are final and binding.
